Laboratory Assistant
Job Description
1. To ensure the compliance of Company policies and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Policy.
2. To ensure Machine Operator maintain their levels of duties in their respective responsibilities.
3. To ensure Standard Operating Procedures are closely adhered to at all times.
4. To conduct continuation of On-Job-Training to ensure a competent workforce.
5. To ensure ISO 13485 policy and documentation are strictly adhered to at all times.
6. To ensure strict personal hygiene, good housekeeping and industrial safety standard are enforced on all personnel and work environment.
7. Constantly upgrading of personal skill to keep abreast with the latest development and technology applicable to our products, machines, equipments, chemicals and raw materials.
8. To oversee effectiveness of Productivity and Quality.
9. To control workforce in production areas.
10. To enhance the effectiveness of On-Job-Training.
11. To assist in upgrading and improvement of resources utilization.
12. Acting as ERT and Safety, Health & Environmental (S.H.E) committee member.
