A significant player of ferroalloy is looking for a Laboratory Manager who is experienced in chemical analysis of metals and testing of metallurgical to be based at their Sarawak plant.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide leadership for organization and focus for the development and enhancement of Quality Management System including integration of work processesManage and maintain the Company\'s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goodsConsistently align globally with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 certifications for any new laboratory in plant/site to meet customers\' expectationsLead in investigation, root cause analysis of non-conformance quality issue internally, coordinate and deal with deviations in timeManage customer audits, improve analysis accuracy and develop KPI to measure quality performanceJOB REQUIREMENTSDegree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Metallurgy field or equivalent10 - 15 years\' experience in quality management, chemical analysis of metals, testing of metallurgical field\'s like smelting plant, sponge iron and ferro alloysWell-verse of testing instruments and ISO 9001 standard requirementsAbility to work with people of diverse culturesGood problem-solving, organizing and analyzing skillsApplicants should be Malaysian citizensApply online or feel free to contact me directly for more information about this opportunity.
