- Support the Lab Manager for overseeing the laboratory operation assigned, specific on handling operational management and technical support for operations and ensure the daily delivery of contractual laboratory services.
- To handle the laboratory management in absence of posted laboratory manager.
- Ensure the successful delivery of laboratory services in meeting the customers\' requirements and local authority compliance.
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years\' laboratory experience, with min 5 years at the leadership level in managing and leading laboratory operations.
- Proficient in ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
- Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a pre-requisite and exposure to LIMS is an added advantage.
- Applicants will be based in Sakura Laboratory in Samalaju, Bintulu and willing to travel nationwide occasionally.
