Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician at the School of Computing and Informatics Albukhary International University. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day laboratory tasks, including operating, software, hardware support, maintaining laboratory equipment, and conducting quality control tests. By combining technical and administrative responsibilities, the role aims to enhance the overall efficiency of the School of Computing by providing comprehensive support to the technical and organisational aspects of its operations. The specific scope may vary based on the needs and structure of the school. Qualifications Excellent analytical skills Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures Ability to work well as part of a team of laboratory technicians Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Previous experience as a Laboratory Technician is preferred Relevant educational background Bachelor Degree in IT / Computer Hardware field or equivalent experience
