Job Description
- Using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones to accurately measure distances, angles, elevations, and boundaries of land parcels.
- Performing surveys to establish property boundaries, topographic features, and legal descriptions of land for construction, engineering, or land development projects.
- Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps, charts, and reports.
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and geographic information systems (GIS) to process and interpret survey data.
- Ensuring that surveys comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Preparing survey documents, legal descriptions, and survey plats that meet regulatory standards.
- Conducting field surveys and inspections to collect data and verify survey measurements.
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain types to perform survey activities.
- Resolving discrepancies or issues related to property boundaries, survey measurements, or other survey-related matters.
- Making informed decisions based on survey data and professional judgment.
- The candidate must possess at least 3 -5 years of experience in Land Surveyor , preferably in Segmental Box Girder experience
- Have certification in Land Surveyor
