Performing surveys to establish property boundaries, topographic features, and legal descriptions of land for construction, engineering, or land development projects.
Analyzing survey data to create detailed maps, charts, and reports.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and geographic information systems (GIS) to process and interpret survey data.
Ensuring that surveys comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Preparing survey documents, legal descriptions, and survey plats that meet regulatory standards.
Conducting field surveys and inspections to collect data and verify survey measurements.
Working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain types to perform survey activities.
Resolving discrepancies or issues related to property boundaries, survey measurements, or other survey-related matters.
Making informed decisions based on survey data and professional judgment.
Job Requirement
The candidate must possess at least 3 -5 years of experience in Land Surveyor , preferably in Segmental Box Girder experience
Have certification in Land Surveyor
