Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and verify survey control points. Prepare accurate as-built topographical drawings. Perform site setting out using AutoCAD and survey software. Set out centerlines for pile caps, columns, and other structural elements. Superimpose piling layout drawings with architectural/consultant drawings. Coordinate site activities, ensuring alignment and level accuracy. Conduct boundary and level surveys for the project site. Operate, maintain, and safeguard surveying instruments and equipment.

Requirements:

Diploma in Land Surveying or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1 year of working experience in

high-rise construction projects

or a related field. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and relevant surveying software. Strong problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and independently. Malaysian citizens or individuals with valid residence status. Full-time position available.
