Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct topographic surveys, ensure accurate measurements, verify calculations, and produce reports and visual drawings efficiently. Track and monitor equipment calibration to maintain accuracy and reliability in compliance with asset management standards. Provide precise land data for site planning and design, identifying potential complications that may impact construction or project development. Detect risks or discrepancies in survey tasks and proactively offer solutions for accurate data acquisition. Coordinate with and provide support to architects, engineers, and construction teams to align survey data with project objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Land Surveying, or a related field. At least 2 years in land surveying or a similar role. Proficient in surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS). Strong problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection. Ability to multi-task with a positive and proactive attitude.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
