Company Overview
The company specialises in design and building landscapes for famous Hotels, Theme Parks, Government Buildings, Schools, Private Housing Development (Low and High-Rise). It is one of the top landscape contractors in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design works
- Prepare and carry out presentation to clients
- Prepare drawings for concept, design development and construction
- Manage clients, consultants and contractors to negotiate changes of design
- Contact suppliers for sample and product specification
- Responsible for pre and post contract works
- To obtain authority approval
- Prepare cost estimates and tender documents
- Manage tender bidding process
- Prepare certificates, valuations and all contract administration document until CMGD
- Responsible for Project Management
- Liaise with client, consultant and contractors to solve issues on site
- Monitor site progress to ensure efficient and budget adherence
- Attend to site meetings including CCM
- Manage projects until completion
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field
- Candidates with LAr title will have added advantage
- Good and strong design flair
- Able to contribute ideas in design / discussion
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp / Vray, Photoshop
- Able to attend meetings (own a vehicle)
- Can work well with others (good team player)
- Able to work independently
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor
- Working Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
