Designing and managing various types of projects, coordination and client, other consultants, specialists, contractors and local authority. Competent and able to attend meetings with clients and coordination with other consultants. Good knowledge and skills on the analysis, planning & conceptual design, design development and landscape presentation etc. Proficient to prepare drawings and documents for local authority submission, tender and working drawings, site report and site evaluation etc. Report and share on works progress, problem, issues and ensure proper documentation. Capable to create a good working environment, smart thinking, good motivation and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge on hard landscape detail drawings and soft landscape planting material. Able to review submission drawings from external consultants at various stages i.e. conceptual stage, design development, tender and contract administration level to ensure that they are aligned with management's requirement and expectations. Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans Handling tender process Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports. Candidate must possess a minimum a Degree in Landscape Architecture from recognized local institution Must be able to works independently or with minimum supervision, but still within a design team. Able to start work immediately and possess own transportation Good communication and writing skills (Both Bahasa Malaysia and English) Proficient in interpreting architecture and engineering drawings, good understanding and knowledge in landscape architecture.
