Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Diploma/Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferably 3-5 Years (s) and above-related working experience in the Landscape Architecture field.
• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Have strong design sense, creative thinking, responsible, presentable, committed, and self-motivated.
• Mandarin speaking candidates is preferable due to the needs to liaise with China management team.

Responsibilities

• Initiable design concept and design philosophy for new developments within the timeframe given.
• Presentation of design intends, materials selection costing, etc from the conceptual design stage up to the design development stage.
• Prepare details drawings, submission drawings, tender/contract drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare construction drawings and assist the Project Manager during the construction stage to ensure intends are interpreted and implemented accurately.
• Attend meetings with other consultants, clients, and landscape contractors to resolve project and technical issues.
• Assist with the presentation to the clients on design changes, material changes, costing, etc.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Leader/management.
