Job Description

We are a landscape contractor specializing in both hardscape and softscape works. We're looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in landscape construction and confidence in dealing with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project coordination.

Requirement



Requirement at least Degree, Professional Degree in Horticulture Science, Landscape architecture or related. Minimum 4-5 years' experience in landscape industry. Well known in horticulture/softscape, landscape implementation, site management, and planning. Energetic, responsible and passion in landscape/environment. Strong in closing sales, able to identify potential customers, follow up leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects. Excellent communication and customer service skills - able to respond professionally and promptly to client inquiries via message, call, or email. Confident in presenting design concepts, solutions, and proposals to clients Team player with the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.



Reporting to the Director and lead the landscape team. Meet with clients and consultants and coordinate work with worker. Able to interact professionally with prospective and existing clients, handle customer inquiries, conduct site visits to propose suitable plant selections, close sales, and coordinate internally with the landscape designer for design preparation and with the purchaser for material procurement

Prepare work schedules and job assignment activities to meet deadlines in accordance schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications. Prepare housing landscape plant, material, machinery or necessary as per checklist included with subcontractors and suppliers. Implement and supervise landscape works and maintenance activities including trees, shrubs, and turf. Provide consultation on plant care and characteristics to clients when needed. Inspection of landscape work to ensure overall proposal is presentable in good condition, and meets standard and quality expectation. Supervise maintenance contract services and assist with identification of need for contract period. Prepare project completion and customer satisfaction reports, while promoting after-sales services such as monthly maintenance packages or related products. To work closely with existing client/customer by providing prompt service to the customers inquiries and complaint. Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
