Job Description

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in landscape maintenance or related supervision work. Good knowledge of plant species, landscape maintenance techniques, and pest/disease identification. Able to lead a team and manage multiple maintenance sites. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess good communication and reporting skills. Must have own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and monitor daily landscape maintenance activities, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, turf care, pest control, and general site upkeep. Inspect the overall condition of plants and trees; identify early signs of disease, pest infestation, or nutrient deficiency. Coordinate with technical personnel for plant replacement, treatment, or soil improvement when required. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and client requirements. Manage and guide landscape maintenance workers to ensure work efficiency and discipline. Prepare maintenance reports, site checklists, and photo records for management and client submission. Monitor and control the usage of tools, equipment, and materials at site. Ensure all safety procedures and cleanliness are maintained at all times. Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the management
