Lead full-cycle project execution including timeline planning, manpower allocation, quality control, and cost management
Ensure project delivery meets design intent, client expectations, safety standards, and contractual requirements
2. Tender & Cost Proposal
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents and proposals
Work closely with Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Landscape Architects on costing, materials selection, and technical submissions
Attend site show rounds and respond to tender clarifications
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Attend project meetings and represent the company in technical, progress, and coordination discussions
4. Team Management
Supervise, guide, and support Site Supervisors, Architects, QS, and project site workers
Conduct performance reviews and plan manpower and resource allocation for projects
5. Problem Solving & Risk Management
Identify project-level risks and work with Site Supervisors to implement preventive and mitigation measures
Oversee resolution of major issues escalated by site teams that may impact project timeline, cost, or quality
6. Reporting to Management
Submit weekly project progress reports and financial impact summaries to CEO / HOD
Highlight key milestones, critical issues, risks, and resource requirements
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, or related fields
Minimum
4 years above of relevant project management experience
in construction, landscape, or engineering projects
Strong understanding of full project lifecycle including tendering, construction, handover, and final accounts
Good knowledge of cost control, scheduling, risk management, and site operations
Proven experience liaising with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiar with project documentation procedures such as MIP, MOS, RFI, and VO
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and perform under pressure
