Key Responsibilities
Assist Retail Executive and Retail Manager in daily operational tasks
Support delivery activities including loading, unloading, and delivering goods
Arrange, replenish, and display products according to company standards
Assist in receiving goods, checking quantity and condition of stock
Perform stock packing, labeling, and basic inventory support
Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stockroom arrangement
Assist with simple sales support and customer assistance when required
Follow company SOP, safety guidelines, and operational procedures
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Retail Executive or Manager
Job Requirements
Minimum secondary school education (SPM or equivalent)
Experience in retail, warehouse, or delivery support is an advantage
Physically fit and able to handle lifting, loading, and moving goods
Responsible, punctual, and willing to follow instructions
Able to work well with team members and supervisors
Willing to work overtime, shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required
Basic communication skills in Mandarin ,Bahasa Malaysia or English
Possess valid driving license (Class D)

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
