Job Description

We are looking for candidates with high level of English with Mandarin or English with Cantonese language proficiency. Intake : 12th June Responsibilities:

• Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax and grammar for both English and Cantonese/ Mandarin.
• The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement and General Business.
• Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and sight translation modes.
• Perform other task as assigned Customer Support (English & Mandarin).

Job Requirements

• Within the age group of 18 \xe2\x80\x93 60 years old (Freshers & retirees are most welcomed too).
• Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary.
• Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively & social media savvy.
• High Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese + English (verbal, written & comprehension skills)
