Job Description

• To check and verify room status report and inform superior should there be any discrepancy or defect in the room.
• To clean all assigned rooms and designated public area in accordance with the established procedure.
• To provide turndown service assigned in accordance with the established procedure.
• Ensure that all requests by guests are attended to in a professional manner.
• To ensure stock of supplies is adequately maintained and cleaning equipment\xe2\x80\x99s are in good working condition.
• Responsible for the condition and upkeep of all mini-bar in the guest room.
• Ensure that mini-bar bills are checked and posted / charged according to hotel standards, minimizes late charges and any discrepancies on mini-bar, sufficient mini-bar supplies are available for the day-to-day operations.
• Cleaning and maintain all cleaning equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and machineries at all times.
• Keep all storage clean, neat and tidy, maintaining adequate stock supplies at any time.
• Responsible for the care and maintenance of work area, pantry, store, trolley and all equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and ensure that all equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift.
• Follow cleaning and operation procedure to ensure area are properly clean with no safety issues related.
• Advise the office of any lost property and valuable and return these to the office as soon as possible.
• Report any guest complaints, incidents of suspicious persons on the floor to superior.
• Report engineering for breakdown or failure to immediate superior and follow up the status.
• Contribute in monthly inventory for operating equipment, machineries, chemicals, guest supplies and other related inventories.
