\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares and controls requisitions, usage of chemicals and supplies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures that all Laundry & Linen equipment are properly used, well maintained and stored properly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Checks all VIP / long stay rooms prior to check in and in-house. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducts regular inspections of rooms ensuring standards of sending guest laundry is maintained at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducts inventory of equipment, linen, machinery, staff uniform and reports to Housekeeping Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinates and maintains machine maintenance reports and records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advises Housekeeping Manager on the conditions of Laundry machinery to ensure appropriate and consistent maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handles all complaints pertaining to Laundry service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures Housekeeping Manager is kept fully aware of all feedback from either the guests or other departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works closely with the rooms Supervisor to ensure that room guest parcel are processed according to G Hotel standards.
