- Possess a Law Degree (LL.B) and valid practicing certificate.
- Preferably Mandarin/Cantonese speaker for better client communication.
- Experience in Conveyancing or Litigation (Personal Injury) is an advantage.
- Strong Analytical, Communication, and Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good Time management skills.
- Proactive, Aggressive, and Highly committed to delivering results.
- Handle Conveyancing or Litigation (Personal Injury) matters efficiently.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and legal teams on complex cases.
