Job Responsibilities: To be aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Vision, Mission and Guiding Principle To work towards achieving the company\xe2\x80\x99s KPI and departmental KPIs Responsible to preparing drawings based on specific projects for the Sales & Marketing Department or requestor. Ensure all requested drawings are always on schedule and complete by the specified date. Plans and organizes schedule and can distinguish between urgency and priority. Moves quickly to make things happen and result is achieved. To provide a professional service in "SEATING SOLUTION" for every project and always has a sense of urgency using practical, creative thinking, innovative, aesthetics and quality in all works. Responsible for reporting progress on all assigned task to their superior. Accountable for issues that occur and responsible for finding solutions by responding positively to feedback and taking action to improve. Responsible to coordinate and be able to working closely with other related divisions/departments/customers. Able to work and communicate directly with customers if needed. Able to work on project sites when needed and able to work hands-on in relation to seating products. Responsible for documenting every information during design stage and approval of design on each project. And to ensure the files are up-to-date according to ISO 9001 standards Requirements: Experience of minimum 2 years on related field Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Architecture Excellent with AutoCAD & Revit Software in any version Familiar with Microsoft Office up to date version Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Management) is an advantage. Good communication in both spoken and written and presentation skills in English. Good interpersonal skill Able to work on a minimal supervision, result focused, extends efficient service to colleagues, promotes teamwork, helpful and cooperative.
