Team and Role Introduction: Lazmall Business Development Specialist- Singapore We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven candidate for the role \xe2\x80\x93 Business Development Specialist to drive the overall platform\'s strategy for seller training and development. You will ensure newly onboarded key Lazmall sellers are equipped with the available seller tools to maximize their business, while maintaining the minimum customer service standards.You are expected to work closely with relevant internal teams to execute the seller incubation strategy of the Lazmall channel. Responsibilities: What you will be doing:\xc2\xb7 Owning the process where new onboarded sellers are trained to maximize their e-commerce business on our platform\xc2\xb7 Executing training programs for targeting at different seller types and levels to support them in achieving commercial and operational excellence, which includes the brand/sellers\xe2\x80\x99 official launch on the Lazmall platform\xc2\xb7 Conducting online training workshops for sellers to assist them in fully utilizing resources available within the Lazada seller platform\xc2\xb7 Managing all forms of seller communications to ensure sellers are updated with the latest policies and seller events\xc2\xb7 Executing seller growth strategies and frameworks with Traffic Operations, Category Operations and Platform Operations team. E.g. Implementing campaigns and traffic initiatives to boost the sellers\xe2\x80\x99 performance\xc2\xb7 Directly interacting with stakeholders within the LazMall seller community and help them to improve
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Min. Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in business area
Minimum of 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related fields relating to training and development or customer service, ideally in e-commerce industry
Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting over both the phone and through video call.
