About the L&D Specialist Role:
As the Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the organisation. Your primary responsibilities will involve assessing training needs, designing and delivering effective learning programmes, and fostering a culture of continuous development. From conducting engaging workshops to utilising cutting-edge e-learning tools, you will be instrumental in empowering our team members with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and standardise comprehensive learning programs to meet organisational goals and individual development needs
• Conduct need assessments and collaborate with various regional/global stakeholders to identify training gaps
• Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids
• Facilitate training sessions using a variety of methods, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators
• Manage, build and strengthen whilst ensure price competitiveness of existing L&D partners

To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience as an L&D Specialist, preferably with a focus on regional or multi-location responsibilities.
