Skillsearch is helping a gaming studio find a Lead Animator to join their team in Selangor, Malaysia. The role comes with a salary of up to \xc2\xa348,000 and many excellent benefits.

In this Gameplay Animator role, you will work with design and engineering to create new awesome, mind-blowing systemic animations.

In your first few weeks in this Lead Animator role, you can expect to:

• Create high-quality animation content in Maya
• Help mentor and grow other animators\' abilities and serve as a positive role model for the team
• Take additional responsibilities as needed.

To apply for this role, you will need a minimum of 1 shipped AAA game as a Senior Animator (or equivalent). You will also require the following:

• 5 years working in the video games industry
• Ability to plan, set up and direct motion capture shoots independently and efficiently
• Good general technical knowledge of how games work
• Script editor skills and good problem-solver/firefighter skills.
