Lead Application Developer (Oracle EBS)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

design, development, and enhancement

of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications and customizations, including:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management (CM)

Project Accounting

Purchasing

Develop, maintain, and optimize components using

Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle BI Publisher

, and

Oracle JDeveloper

. Collaborate with

functional teams, business users, and stakeholders

to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Provide

technical leadership and mentorship

to junior developers, ensuring adherence to Oracle EBS best practices and coding standards. Conduct

code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization

of custom programs and reports. Maintain comprehensive

technical documentation

, including solution designs, workflows, and deployment guidelines for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements

5+ years

of hands-on experience in

Oracle EBS application development

. Strong technical expertise in

Oracle EBS modules

: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Project Accounting, and Purchasing. Proficiency with

Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Discoverer, BI Publisher

, and

Oracle JDeveloper

. In-depth knowledge of

PL/SQL

, database structures, and performance tuning. Strong

communication and stakeholder management

skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

leading development teams or projects

within Oracle EBS environments. Familiarity with

Oracle Application DBA tasks

, including patching, upgrades, and Oracle WebLogic support. Exposure to

Oracle IAM

,

Single Sign-On (SSO)

, and

LDAP/OAM integrations

. Knowledge of

ITIL-based support processes

and

agile development practices

Professional certifications

in Oracle EBS or Oracle Development Tools (advantageous).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
