Job Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of cloud support engineers, ensuring SLA compliance.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated technical cases.
Work closely with clients, particularly in AWS cloud environments.
Drive operational improvements, knowledge sharing, and process enhancements.
Conduct training, performance evaluation, and career development for the team.
Collaborate with internal teams on client requirements and escalations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud support/engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in
AWS Cloud
(certifications highly preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-pressure environments.
Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps certification.
Experience with government/public sector clients is an added advantage.
Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP) is a plus.
