Position: Lead, Data Analyst Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Responsibilities: Monitoring Azure applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues Taking ownership and responding to open support tickets Closing open support tickets by adhering to the production support service level agreements Requirements and Qualification: Have experience in Azure SQL, ADF, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Python Good communication skills in English and Cantonese At least 5 - 7 years working experience in Application Support for Databases, prefer with min 1 year experience as Lead About Cognizant : Cognizant (Nasdaq: CTSH) engineers modern businesses.
