-Design and implement innovative MSB Operations strategies, programs and practices that address warehouse capacity issues, reduce total supply chain costs, reduce inventory, reduce lead-time, and maximize customer service levels in support of Amway\xe2\x80\x99s business growth.
-Identifies key improvement opportunities and makes the business case for new process implementation.
-Conduct external benchmarking reviews and business process reviews to implement best practices and monitor and adjust programs as necessary. Seek to deliver enhanced business results/competitive advantage through use of an on-going process of comparing and contrasting our quantitative results (e.g. cost, quality, experience.) and processes, internally and externally, to determine best in class; then identifying and implementing appropriate plans to deliver best in class results that meet the business needs
-Conduct competitive analysis which contributes to competitive advantage by gathering and using information about competitors\xe2\x80\x99 materials, technologies, supply base, sourcing strategies, suppliers, material costs, and processes to enable the benchmarking/forecasting of competitors\xe2\x80\x99 material/services prices and material/services changes.
-Develop and implement portfolio management process, systems, metrics, and analytics (including key performance indicators); leads gap analysis.
-Design, create and govern various data sets in data warehouse platform for each of business functions in Amway Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.
-Collaborate with Amway Technology team together with external parties (e.g. warehouse 3rd logistics partners, last mile distribution partners, etc.) to enable data flow from source system to Amway data warehouse repository.
-Effectively communicate and present complex data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, business analysis, deductive reasoning and sound judgment and help others understand data and translate it into actionable business insights.
