Role Responsibilities

The Technology, Transformation & Operations Vendor Management team support all business units for Technology & Operations throughout the entire contract lifecycle. Initially in an advisory capacity during pre-contract (Day-1) stages supporting the Requestor and Supply Chain Management, then taking a more active role post contract (Day-2) actively supporting contract owners to manage their individual arrangements and taking a broader supplier management role.

The role-holder will be primarily responsible to manage all data and reporting requirements for the Vendor Management Team. This includes conceptualising, developing, implementing & supporting data & automation solutions. It includes managing the upkeep of the data & environments. The role also provides an opportunity to learn and understand contract management, thus providing an excellent career path into Vendor Management.

Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Responsible for managing all the reporting requirements related to TTO contracts and suppliers
  • Develop and implement reporting utilities for the Vendor Management team, working closely with the Supplier Managers, TPRM and the source system teams
  • Act as the primary contact for all data related requests from the stakeholders
Business
  • Support the Supplier Manager in providing oversight of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s technology contracts and suppliers
  • Be able to understand and familiarise with the Contract Management fundamentals
  • Preparation and review of Supplier Tear Sheet to be used by senior leadership team members when meeting with suppliers.
  • Work closely with the contract manager or service owner(s) to monitor supplier performance (SLA), to resolve disputes and impasse and ensure commercial terms and objectives are delivered throughout the term of the contract.
Processes
  • Responsible for managing (development & support) all the online dashboards, portals and sharepoints within the Vendor Management team
  • Work closely with the Vendor/Supplier Managers in providing support with Monthly and adhoc management reporting
  • Tracking and reporting of strategic vendor management activities, including spend analysis and quarterly balanced score cards
  • Support Senior Supplier Managers and other team members as and when needed to balance workload to deliver robust collective vendor management function.
Risk Management
  • Engage with TPRM team, associate risk groups and TTO process owners to ensure Third Party reports are available to the senior management teams in a timely manner.
  • Support the risk team in all audits (internal & external) & regulatory reviews and assist Risk and Compliance teams with data and automation activities
Governance
  • Ensure all TTO third party engagements adhere to the Group Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy and Standards and provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Responsible for data quality and integrity of the reports within the Vendor Management systems
  • Escalate any issues to the relevant stakeholders and ensure they are fixed on time

Qualifications

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
  • Desired education - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years with Commercial, Finance, Sales, Procurement/Supply Chain, Contract Management and/or IT project delivery background with proven track record of building and developing IT solutions
  • Ability to implement IT projects in an agile environment
  • Strong background with data analytical tools Tableau, Dataiku, MS Excel, Power BI
  • Experience in using scripting tools like Python
  • Strong experience in using collaboration/workflow tools like Sharepoint, Power Automate, JIRA, Confluence
  • Very good level of familiarity with IT environment, emerging technologies and IT standards, policies and procedures and project management framework.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • High integrity, self-motivated and ability to identify problems, contribute, propose solutions and follow-up diligently towards resolution.
  • Team player and able to learn quickly and work effectively across multiple organisations in a global team..
