Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
-Proven experience in managing data platforms and data engineering teams.
-Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
-Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
-Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional Experience
-Minimum of 4 years relevant Data Platform and People Manager Experience r-Required
-Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and Cloud services (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)
-Certification in relevant data platform technologies or data management.
Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the data platform.
• Manage a team of data engineers and platform specialists.
• Ensure the data platform supports the organization's analytics and business intelligence requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Implement best practices for data pipeline management, data integration, and data security.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the data platform.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data platform management.
• Enforce data governance policies and procedures
