Driving innovation, piloting new technologies for AI/ML model development, adopting cloud technologies, and leveraging BI tools in shaping future of data analytic within the organization, supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing our competitive advantage in the financial industry.Responsible in designing, developing and implementing emerging big data analytics capabilities and scalable data engineering solutions through the development and maintenance of advanced data ingestion, processing, modelling and reportingIdentify, acquire, load and transform data deploying scripting languages and tools (eg: R, Python, SQL etc)Lead and support data scientist and solutionists by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up and recovery specifications and strategyBuild and develop analytics tools utilizing data pipeline into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics - key is to provide actionable insights and meaningful visualizationsLead an Advanced analytics team for a Innovative teamHighly flexible working conditionsProven experience (> 5 years) in data science roles, preferably within the banking or financial industry.Extensive experience in the complete modelling lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continual monitoring and maintenance.Proficient in Python, R Hadoop & Teradata or other statistical and scientific packagesPreferably has experience in machine learning engineering and familiar with data visualization techniques using one or more packages such PowerBIStrong leadership abilities and experiences (> 3 years leading a team)Independent in identifying business needs without explicit requirements and translate stakeholder requirements into well-defined specifications and data structure designAble to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and perform work under pressure in meeting individual/team goals within tight deadlinesData-driven, with excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.Highly flexible with strong commitment and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Possess strong analytical and problem solving ability, good language and communication skills (verbal and written) and high proficiency in MS Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).Our client is a market-leading Financial Institution striving for Digital innovationLead an Advanced analytics team for a Innovative teamHighly flexible working conditionsA very attractive remuneration package with tempting benefits
