We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Lead Finance - Account Receivables

professional to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate billing, timely collection, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and update transaction databases to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare, issue, and verify invoices, ensuring all billing information is accurate. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts. Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely collection. Accurately process and post incoming payments. Submit

E-Invoicing

and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues affecting receivables. Participate in month-end closing activities and prepare related financial documentation. Generate, update, and analyze accounts receivable reports, ensuring reconciliation with the general ledger. Process manual commercial invoices for

Authority To Ship (ATS)

requests. Support ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Finance, Accounting

, or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

in accounts receivable or finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and

Outlook

; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Effective written and verbal communication skills in

English

. Team player with strong initiative and accountability. Able to work extended hours during critical financial closing periods when required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
