Report to: Executive Producer

We\'re looking for a highly talented and dedicated lead game content designer who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing development and live service environments. As a lead game content designer, you\'ll be an integral member of the team shaping our games to satisfy our player community with a mind towards driving commercial success on a free-to-play business model.

As a key member of the team, you need to have a strong mix of game content design and management experience in the mobile game industry. A rich mobile experience is required. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the other function leads to lead the team in the game content for the FIFAMobile game. It is important for you to help Live Producer achieve operational goals for each milestone and create game event that meet user needs and maintain the health of the game\'s economic system. You will need to keep communicating and feedback to the team. You will become the game content contact point of the FIFAMobile team, for both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

• You will work with Live Producer to establish strategic content roadmaps and plans for EA Sports FIFAMobile live services.
• You will lead a subset of the live services on FIFA Mobile and its teams, understanding the what and the why, how to measure its success, and frequently communicating status.
• You will work with the live producer very closely and lead the creation of game events; Create concepts and documentation, drive the review process, and lead the execution.
• You will translate real-world football events into live game events, which may sometimes require flexible work hours to mirror real-world football calendars.
• You will review builds and take responsibility for the quality of implementation.
• You will use data insights to create live services goals that focus on improving the player experience, game health, and business growth (acquisition, retention, and monetization).
• You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional game content design experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects.
• Passion for football and deep insights to football culture/community.
• Game Savvy, in-depth knowledge of the mobile free-to-play gaming market
• Strong English communication skills - both verbally and written
• Chinese Mandarin proficiency will be a big plus.
• Ability to work with international teams and willing to travel internationally.
