What will you be doing?

• Monitor, blast and interact with potential customers through Strive or any
• WhatsApp API online platform.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Stay updated on product/service features, benefits, and updates.
• Communicate product details to customers in an engaging manner.
• Guide customers through the online purchase process.
• Utilize persuasive skills to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demands.
• Google research on restaurant lists and blast marketing materials/catalogue.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum educational requirement: Diploma/Advanced/Higher/GD or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99sDegree/PostGraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a similar or related capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work effectively independently or as part of a team.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills; Quick learner with a strong sense of curiosity.
• Positive attitude with effective communication skills (written & verbal).
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel.
• Strong desire to learn and a demonstrated professional drive

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,591.47 - RM6,164.84 per month Benefits:
