The Role You Will Be Responsible For Devising actionable strategies from customer insights. Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations. Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects. Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs. Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities. Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports. Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities. Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction. Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc. Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required. Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets. Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand. Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness. Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business. Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness. Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals. Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts. Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency. Identify target markets and build contact lists. Execute email marketing campaigns as a main form of lead generation. Follow up on new leads in a rapid manner to qualify those that should go through the sales process. Engage with and attract new customers. Prioritise opportunities and apply appropriate resources to gain positive results. Ensure suitable and speedy responses to potential client/sales upgrade inquiries in harmony with the Support Team. Work with customers to expand their current eInvoicing network. Evangelise the adoption of eInvoicing with LinkFor within Singaporean and Malaysian businesses. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes Work with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Customer Success teams to create the best customer experience. Track statistics and provide campaign insights (as required). Ideal Profile Minimum of 2+ years of post-grad work experience. An exceptional written and spoken communicator. Express your passion for cloud solutions and working with startup companies. Be proficient in B2B sales concepts. Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, or cloud accounting systems is highly desirable. Highly organized and autonomous. Comfortable and energized to operate in a fast-moving organization. Driven by targets and goals. Exhibit entrepreneurial and self-motivational qualities. Demonstrate a consultative mentality with supportive overtones.
