About the job Lead Generation Specialist - Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing advertisements on digital platforms to generate leads for the properties put to market.
• Create effective ads that are able to attract quantity and quality leads including understanding all social media platforms and ecosystems.
• Research, improve and implement market-relevant methods in lead generation to suit the market.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, and content writers and lead a team of people.
• Track KPI and hit the target for the lead generation goals.

Requirements:

• Currently active in digital marketing especially in generating quality leads for high-value products.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in lead gen, and lead performance management and has current market insights.
• Has used various digital platforms including FB, IG, XHS, TikTok, SEO/SEM and knows the dynamics well.
• Has a sense of art, and graphics that impact consumers.
• Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
