Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and provide training on new products or promotions.
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Track and report on telemarketing performance and present findings to senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven work experience as a Telemarketing Manager or similar role.
Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to enhance telemarketing strategies.
Proficiency in using telemarketing software and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of telemarketing laws and regulations.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Role requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in telemarketing, preferably in a managerial role
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
Proficiency in SAP system and MS Office suite
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to handle objections and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
