Job Position:

As a Lead Generator (support Hong Kong market), proactive sales professional to conduct market research and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) primarily targeting Hong Kong and nearby regions. The role involves supporting sales administration, managing customer inquiries with Cloud HRMS software products.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads in Hong Kong and surrounding regions Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach to generate interest in company products/services Perform canvassing & telemarketing & various channels to generate new business leads Assist to upsell existing products related to HR payroll software Set up appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team Support sales admin tasks & customer enquiries Manage sales records, issue finalize invoices, and compile monthly sales reports Act as a liaison between sales team and customers for quote/order clarification

Main Requirements:

Strong communication in

English and Cantonese

(Mandarin is a plus) Able to read/write in

Traditional Chinese and English

Experience in

lead generation / telemarketing / inside sales

Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills Flexible to align work schedule with Hong Kong public holidays Able to work independently with minimal supervision Willing to travel to
