In Graphics and Packaging team, we design and develop customer facing graphics and packaging solutions for all Dyson products to deliver great out of box experience. As part of a matrix RDD organisation, and within the Design Engineering function, Graphics and Packaging is large-scale team focussed on the design and development of product colour, graphics, literature, and packaging. Based in Global Development Campus, Johor Bahru and our Philippines Development Centre (PDC), this international team provides the capability to pick up graphics and packing concepts from their UK based counterparts and develop these into designs that can be efficiently manufactured at scale. About The Role We are recruiting for multi-functions from Design Engineering including Graphics Operations Manager to join us work within a multi-disciplinary team including Creative, NPI, Commercial, RDD Engineering, Operation Support functions & supplier, you play a key role in the team\'s deliverables, driving efficiency and quality improvement through all stages of development to production.The key competency Plan, develop and deliver of content / copy translations, and localisations, of product graphics and packaging for all Dyson products, globally. Responsible for defining scope and timings, driving approvals, and controlling day-to-day priorities and managing the Digital Asset Management system (DAM), and 3rd party translation service providers. Workforce planning - Attract, recruit and retain talent. Manage resource allocations to projects, performance and develop our people. Manage Market requirements, ensuring consistency across all areas of Graphics assets across all products. Develop and strengthen key processes for accurate delivery of graphics management and assets delivery. About You Product lifecycle and content management tools, such as Teamcentre and Censhare Coaching, mentoring and developing people as well as managing performance and managing conflict Executing & implementing organisation and process change Application skills Microsoft Office and Knowledge in Desktop Publishing software is and added advantage. Strong experiences with graphics asset management process, with the ability to recommend & formulate best practices that will best suit Dyson environment is an advantage. An understanding of database management and requirements for global graphics asset management is desired but more than anything we are looking for logical thinkers and the ability to work with systems. Ability to manage complex/multiple projects, and to deliver on time. Ability to influence decision making and change in a pragmatic way without ever compromising quality.
