Creating efficiencies in its own area and contribute to maintaining positive user experience across all our businesses and geographical regions. The role will be responsible for: Leading investigations and resolving complex user issues Prioritizing workload for yourself and other team members Finding root causes and proposing sustainable long-term solutions Working together with product teams on fixes, configuration changes and projects Owning your process/functional area and geographical region, bringing in expert knowledge of processes and data Participating in internal projects (yearly events and new implementation projects) Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology Have 3-5 years of in-depth functional and technical expertise of Workday and SAP Be able to work APAC hours (8am Malaysia time) Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English Be able to manage competing priorities considering stakeholder needs, value to the business and ease of solution Demonstrate capability to understand and analyze complex process/ data issues Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
