Job Description


:Role Proficiency:Ability to coach junior team members and contribute to key tasks of critical projects. Manage leadership relationships across technology delivery and sales stakeholders. Understand and communicate industry and technology topics.Outcomes: * Assist in managing the campaign/content calendar

  • Help manage agencies vendors and contract resources to expectations and execute campaigns.
  • Support marketing team by coming up with creative ideas to build concepts for brochures / landing pages/ social media and events that are created for any service line/offering or Industry practice
  • Manage end to end consistent external communications in line with organizational brand and marketing strategies while creating a detailed tactical plan and calendar for amplifying each specific campaign through PR and social media channels.
  • Manage and support activities on building and maintaining corporate website and social media platforms.
  • Establish reporting dashboard and communicate results weekly; including analyses overviews insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Drive new initiatives/ ideas to improve the overall performance of corporate website or social media.
  • Effectively use marketing automation tools to build measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Create social media messaging and execute
  • Monitor any UST branding or messaging violations in social media channels

Outputs Expected:Technology & Industry Concepts: * Identify and leverage tools and technologiesProject Management: * Deliver projects/initiatives/campaigns on timeon budget and in accordance with requirements * Deliver programs on timeon time and budget and in accordance with requirementsRelationship Management: * Ensures that stakeholder needsconcerns or complaints are understood and addressed * Influence decision making for sales and operationsRequirements Gathering / Management: * Interact with stakeholders and finalize the project scope
  • Review project scope and create project plan to manage execution
Sales Enablement: * Create sales enablement materialSkill Examples: * Ability to conceptualize produce edit source and disseminate engaging content across all channels.

Additional Comments:Work with assigned client to work on marketing initiatives for assigned products: o Understand the product needs o Put together the agreed strategy in presentation deliverables o Work with Client agencies to develop the required assets and deliverables o Follow-up with client internal stakeholders on project needs and requirements o Work on any other client related marketing initiatives, if and when required Measurement of performance o Accuracy of deliverables, task and requests o Delivery efficiency o Timeliness of meeting tasks and timelines (actual timelines to be provided,determined and agreed upon once tasks are assigned) Means of communication o By Email, phone and may be required to work from Client office. Work from client office subject to government requirement. Support o 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, as per usual working hours and In2\xe2\x80\x99s company working policy Job Requirement: Experienced Marketing Degree holder in any field, marketing or Accounting / Finance degree holders preferred.
