Responsibilities: Implement systems and solutions in support of organizational objectives. Meeting with clients following the sale to collect data and other information required to customize software systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure & alignment of all systems implementation. Develop and maintain project documentation & training materials to the relevant team Provide training @ support to clients as needed, including conducting training sessions, answering questions, and addressing any issues or concerns. Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for processes to merchants. Communicating with clients throughout the project and obtaining feedback and approval. Install and setup software and Hardware systems and all necessary components. Provide training & support to clients as needed, including conducting training sessions, answering questions, and addressing any issues or concerns. Track system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits & Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they\'ve solved a technical issue. Develop and maintain project, documentation, training materials & technical knowledge to the relevant team. Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for processes to merchants. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field. 5-7 years experience in Technical Support Engineer, Implementation Consultant or similar role Additional professional certification is a plus. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. The ability to multitask effectively. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
