An exciting Lead M365 Engineer job opportunity has just become available at one of the top FMCG companies based in Negeri Sembilan.

About the Lead M365 Engineer Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you are responsible for supporting the IT workplace and infrastructure functions for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and recover the issues of network, firewall, servers, and security
• Oversee the IT asset management, inventory and financials related to the IT workplace
• Participate in IT projects and lead local infrastructure upgrades
• Perform periodic system and inventory assessment, report on issues, provide and execute recommendations.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures manual, IT operational procedures, system risk assessment, and IT DR plan
• Manage compliance with agreed industrial standards and escalate issues on non-compliance to the regional team
• Recommend hardware, software, services expenditures and evaluate IT vendors' service provided
• Manage third party vendors on IT support activities and resolution. Maintain contracts/documents with IT service vendors

The successful Lead M365 Engineer has three years of IT infrastructure/end-user support experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferably computer sciences, MIS or information system). Three or more years of IT infrastructure/end-user support experience
• Understanding of information services related technologies and ITIL life cycle
• Strong leadership skills and able to manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure the result delivered on time and on budget
• Hands-on with AD, Windows 10 & 11, M365, Symantec Backup, Antivirus Technologies, Cisco Network, Microsoft Enterprise tools, Android OS, MS Teams VC Solution
• Able to travel domestically and internationally to attend meetings and work on other ongoing projects
• Fixed working hours, must be on standby
