Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, appropriateness of medication and determine formulas and ingredients needed \xef\x82\xb7Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to all the customers. \xef\x82\xb7Recommending suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs (Cross-selling) \xef\x82\xb7Counsel patients on all products available in the outlet \xef\x82\xb7Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers. \xef\x82\xb7Ensure stock visibility and products display \xef\x82\xb7Always keep up to date on the market trend and lead the staffs to achieve the sales target. \xef\x82\xb7Maintain pharmacy files, POS system and inventory/ stockholding \xef\x82\xb7Maintain Out Of Stock (OOS) of products according to target set by management \xef\x82\xb7Maintain good communication and working relationship with all staff within the store, and with the Head Office \xef\x82\xb7Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet \xef\x82\xb7Managing staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company Job Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7At least min 4 Year(s) of working experience in retail is required for this position. \xef\x82\xb7Registered with Malaysian Pharmaceuticals Board. \xef\x82\xb7Eligible to obtain License A. \xef\x82\xb7Sales and service oriented. \xef\x82\xb7Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively and establish effective working relationships \xef\x82\xb7Able to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision and supervising others \xef\x82\xb7Practical knowledge of computers, software and wide range of pharmaceutical and consumer products \xef\x82\xb7Willing to work on weekend/ public holidays and perform shift duties Possess leadership qualities
