What will you be engaged in?
We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Platform Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading an agile scrum team to design, develop, and maintain our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the platform and provide technical expertise to ensure the platform\'s scalability, reliability, and performance.

As our new Platform Engineer Lead, you will be in charge to

• Lead an agile scrum team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain our platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the platform
• Provide technical expertise to ensure the platform\'s scalability, reliability, and performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and architectural diagrams
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure the platform\'s long-term sustainability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the platform

Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience leading an agile scrum team
• Strong experience with Nodejs, preferably with Nextjs
• Experience with Vuejs
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Proficiency in database design and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
