Role Responsibilities

Ensures that plans established for programme are maintained / tracked to ensure the programme is managed in a manner that maximises probability of delivery of the programme objectives.

Supports the successful delivery of programme through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.

Co-ordinates and administers the support that is required for the various governance forums that are required.

Strategy

  • Maintains the Programme Management Plan (PMP)
  • Ensures that the minimum artefacts required by the Programme / Initiatives are collated and maintained in a common document repository
  • Assist the Programme Manager to best manage the frameworks which will ensure successful planning and delivery - aligned to nWOW, QPRs and Refinement Forum
  • Co-ordinates various teams on Refinement Forum packs
Business
  • Administers the submission, review and approval process for investment requests submitted to the Refinement Forum (RF). Takes meeting notes for the RF
  • Works closely with the Programme Manager on Refinement Forum packs updates
  • Work with the Programme Manager and Programme Finance teams to effectively manage the financials for the programme. Also, support for QPR/MPR whenever needed.
Processes
  • Manages and tracks all the documentation requirements as per SCB ECM/SDF requirements. Ensures the documents have proper signoff and loaded at appropriate folders in SP, PDR.
  • Prepares and circulates the monthly RF packs
  • Develops the programme resourcing plan and ensures this is refreshed on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinates, escalates and reports on Programme key risks and issues, tracks and follows up with responsible parties to update and close them out before Refinement Forum
People and Talent
  • Assist the Programme Manager with managing the delivery of and providing direction within a Programme, working closely with the relevant business leads and stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Collates and develops templates required by the Programme and cascades them to all Workstream Leads and Project Managers.
  • Ensures baselined milestones for delivery of the Programme objectives are tracked to completion. Ensures any revision or new changes to the baselined plan is managed via the Change Review Board

  • Experience of Microsoft Project and Clarity/Plan View tools.
Our Ideal Candidate

Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of PM/PMO experience within a large international, dynamic organisation
  • A proven track record of supporting successful projects delivery as PM/PMO
  • Experience working within Financial Services and/or HR preferable
  • Familiar with agile methodologies, new ways of working
  • Good hands on usage of various tools Clarity/PlanView/JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience in Financials Management & tracking
  • High levels of personal accountability and proactive initiative taking
  • Ability to prepare high-quality presentations/refinement forum packs
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to adapt to different styles according to target audience
  • Ability to prioritise and have good time management, as well as having very close attention to detail
Role Specific Competencies
  • Project Management and/ or Agile experience/ certification
  • Use of planning tools e.g. Clarity PPM, Jira, Confluence, Trello
