Our client from MNC construction background is currently looking for Senior Lead Process Engineer to which will required to be based in Klang Valley. You will be responsible to lead and manage the design, implementation, and optimization of industrial processes, systems, and equipment within the plant/factory construction projects.

You will be responsible to lead and manage the design, implementation, and optimization of industrial processes, systems, and equipment within the plant/factory construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize industrial processes, systems, and equipment for construction projects
• Lead a team of process engineers, providing guidance and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and productivity
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed process designs
• Oversee process simulations and modelling for accurate project planning
• Monitor project budgets and timelines related to process engineering deliverables
• Provide technical expertise and solutions to address complex process engineering challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record (5+ years) in process engineering for industrial construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and systems
• Proficiency in process simulation software and relevant engineering tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry
