With thousands of engineers supporting a vast technology footprint, it is necessary for us to ensure all our development teams to swiftly, reliably, and securely build and run high-quality products .This is a hybrid role, and the office is in Petaling Jaya.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will take ownership of Grab\'s platform engineering product roadmap and strategy by collaborating with the Platform Engineering teams.
• You will own your roadmap forward, ensuring regular and high-quality delivery of customer value. Ensure your teams work with well defined requirements and constant feedback as they deliver.
• You will collaborate with our customers - Establish an understanding of our platform and its users - mainly Grab\'s engineering teams - to comprehend their challenges and obtain insights.
• You will market, sell, and grow the adoption of products and their associated features. Along the same vein, frequently sell the efforts of the engineering team in the form of solved problems to users and tangible outcomes to stakeholders and leaders.
• You will stay on top of organisational and leadership priorities, being connected to leaders and stakeholders as we build. Pair this up with user insights and priorities to offer teams the right requirements and direction.
• You will introduce best practices and expertise in production engineering to enhance Grab\'s capabilities.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, in a technical context.
• You can distill complex insights into a compelling narrative.
• You can manage stakeholders form business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in extracting insights from data and summarizing key takeaways.
• You can quickly acquire technical skills and being able to straddle across multiple products.
• You have the capacity to define intricate business problems and explain requirements spanning multiple product/project areas and teams.
