Together, our goal is to help restaurants on our platform improve sustainable sales growth by becoming their marketing engine both offline and online. We aim to use technologies to help our partners connect with users at physical store locations and empower them to develop a 360-degree view of their customers\' needs. So far, the team has launched payment solutions, dine out deals, restaurant loyalty stampcards, and reservations as our suite of Omnicommerce solutions. We now want to embark into another important in-store customer experience - ordering.Get to Know the RoleYou will report to the Head of Product, Omnicommerce and will lead our Restaurant Table Ordering initiative. An MVP of this product is already live in a few markets, and we are eager to further scale it.You will take charge of the end-to-end product experience, tailoring it to the needs of various small and large-scale restaurants in the region. This will require an understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by staff, restaurant managers, and customers.This is a hybrid role, and the office is in South jakarta.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
