Lead end-to-end project management for manufacturing-related initiatives, including new product introduction (NPI), process optimization, and digital transformation. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to meet strategic objectives. Implement best practices for project governance, risk management, and compliance. Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery within cost and time constraints. Provide actionable insights through data analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field 15 years of experience in project management within advanced manufacturing or semiconductor industry. Familiar with CSA and MEP requirements for advanced manufacturing projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
