Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Project Execution and Monitoring
Lead and manage project teams from initiation to completion
Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards
Budget and Financial Management
Develop and manage project budgets to meet financial targets
Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and control project costs
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders
Risk and Issue Management
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
Address issues, conflicts, and project roadblocks promptly
Implement contingency measures to minimize impact
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and presentations
Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Schedule and lead project meetings to align on goals and status
Client Management and Relations
Maintain regular client communication to understand requirements
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely updates
Build and foster long-term client relationships
Documentation and Compliance
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, schedules, and reports
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements
Project Close-Out
Oversee final inspections and acceptance testing of completed projects
Ensure smooth handover to clients or operational teams
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned
Procurement Activities
Manage purchasing of materials, equipment, and services
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships
Monitor procurement costs and ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate procurement records
Team Management
Lead and motivate project teams for high performance
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews
Identify training needs and facilitate professional development
Resolve team conflicts and allocate resources effectively
Conduct regular team meetings for project alignment
Support to Other Departments
Collaborate with other departments to support project-related needs
Coordinate shared resources and participate in cross-functional projects
Provide expertise and support to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum eight (8) years working experience in oil & gas for Degree holder or minimum ten (10) years working experience in oil & gas for Diploma holderor minimum three (3) years as Project Manager
Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
