Responsible for sub-regional overall quality management, drive for improvement in terms of quality & service, cost and delivery to internal & external customers.

Responsible for advanced quality management for Asia Pacific (AP) region.

Establish and maintain the quality management system of company\'s services AP.

Responsible for quality assurance (incoming inspection, supplier quality, and warranty processing).



1. Assure AP QMS system is adequate & accurate & suitable & efficient including but not limited to QMS AP & global requirements are transferred and implemented in region in time

Planning, execution and follow up of AP internal & external system & process audit

Promotion of company QDNA & company way

Assure regulatory & customer requirements & Q KPIs are met from customer issue handling to supplier management process and APQP for product development.

Ensure APQP process are implemented & reviewed for AP

Responsible for establishment of a local product quality management plan based on all product related data.

Support PM Dept. for initial sample approval of \xe2\x80\x9clocal products\xe2\x80\x9d, such as, PPAP document review, supplier manufacturing on-site release.

Lead supplier PPAP and incoming goods inspection of purchased parts

Monitoring of supplier quality performance

Answering Technical enquiries from region via PM mailbox

Support marketing on vetting of product info before publishing

Training local and regional on overview of product

Monitoring of product catalogues from compan for any new editions and informing purchasing to create number and order in.

Lead the customer issue handling processing & drive for improvement

To be responsible for inspection and testing of new product as well as report compiling acc. to specification and plan, which are defined by PM.

To establish the collection, statistical analysis and monitoring system of product quality data.

To be responsible for establishing and maintenance of laboratory management system

Monthly Quality Reporting

2. Budget Planning and Control (Resources)

Responsible in budget planning in area of warranty claim

3. Leadership and Organisation

Leading 2 quality engineers

Requirements:

More than 5 years\' work experience in the automotive industry or quality assurance aspect.

Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process audit

Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Good verbal and written communication skills & good team player who is proactive and independent

Diploma or higher in Maths, Statistics, automobile or machinery and relevant major

To be familiar with quality control methods, which are frequently-used (such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D Report and problem-solving techniques, etc.)

Able to interpret technical drawings & Known and correct understanding the mechanical drawing requirements and specification.

Skilled to use various kinds of basically geometrical measuring tools (such as, caliper, micrometer, etc.), can understand the three-coordinates measuring report.

To be skillful to operate the product test facilities acc. to specification of inspection and test and compiling inspection/test report
